Job description
We are looking for a Finance Administrative Assistant to join ATG Europe HQ, in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
- Timesheet checks by comparing customer time sheet system / timesheets with the information stored in ATG Europe’s time recording system Time Tell;
- Flexi-time calculation and collecting of accompanying overtime forms;
- Processing and checking mission claims;
- Creation of monthly mission cost reports per relevant contract;
- To give the correct follow-up on new and exit employee actions;
- Management of a common inbox and actioning any items that need follow up;
- Maintenance and update of the ATG Europe financial systems.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant subject;
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or a similar field;
- Professional Certification in Bookkeeping;
- High level of accuracy and attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent planning and organization skills;
- Excellent financial analytical skills;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Eligible to work in the EU.
